Agreement on the collection and use of personal information of Dabeeo(Ltd)*

1. Rules for collecting and using personal information
Applications submitted via this page will be directly received and managed by the company, and the responsibility for future application management relies on the recruiting company.

2. Right to refuse consent and disadvantage from refusal
Applicants have the right to refuse the distribution of the personal information below; however, the information provided from the application is essential for the company’s recruitment procedure and process, so if the information is not provided, the company cannot process selection fairly. Therefore, if you disagree with revising the personal information below, your application may be restricted from the recruitment procedure and process. The applicants have a right to refuse consent, and the consequences of refusal to consent are presented below with all the agreements.

3. List of personal information to be collected
Collection of information: Name, nationality, address, phone number, academic background/ result, military service, experience, stay overseas experience, training activities, social(volunteer) activities, language and other qualifications, the record of awards, hobbies, specialties, self-introduction, etc. I agree to provide sensitive information regarding personal information protection by law.

4. Purpose of collection and use
The progress of the recruitment and results of each stage would be the purpose of guiding recruitment-related information and compositing a talent pool.

5. The period of possession and use of personal information
Personal information written on the application will be used as a talent pool for recruiting resources for the company and will be kept until the applicant makes a deletion request. Information will be deleted in case of requests from the applicant.
