Dabeeo Raises KRW 12 Billion in Funding to Accelerate Global Expansion
2025-11-19 조회수 152
Dabeeo, a Vision AI–based data intelligence company(CEO: Ju Hum Park), announced on the 19th that it has successfully raised KRW 12 billion in funding. A total of eight investors participated, including major financial institutions such as NH Nonghyup Bank and NH Investment & Securities, along with existing shareholders. The investment reflects strong market confidence in Dabeeo’s differentiated Vision AI technology and platform scalability across key vertical markets, reinforcing its momentum for J-curve growth ahead of a future IPO.
Dabeeo provides mission-critical “Data Intelligence” by analyzing complex vision data. Its core competitive strength lies in the Dabeeo Intelligence Platform, a Vision AI engine that performs fused analysis of multi-sensor imagery such as EO, IR, and SAR collected from satellites, aircraft, and drones. The platform automatically detects spatiotemporal changes, identifies objects with precision, and extracts the intelligence required for customers’ immediate decision-making.
Leveraging this powerful core AI engine, Dabeeo has built a strong foundation for J-curve growth by expanding its platform-based business across high-barrier vertical markets.
The first growth driver is the defense and security sector. Dabeeo has already demonstrated its technological leadership through its selection as one of the Defense Innovation Company 100, designation as a recommended offset trade item, and multiple defense AI engine supply contracts. With AI engines tailored for defense environments, the company provides optimized solutions that support a wide range of military operations, including 3D battlespace generation, AI-based target detection, and threat prediction.
In the public sector, Dabeeo recently secured “AI-based State Property Inspection System” project from Korea Asset Management Corporation(KAMCO), proving the platform’s scalability at a national level. The initiative builds infrastructure that automates annual nationwide inspections using AI demonstrating that Dabeeo’s technology functions not as a one-off project but as a nationwide SaaS model.
The second key driver of growth is the global plantation market. Dabeeo successfully commercialized its palm plantation monitoring initiative in Indonesia as a SaaS platform under the name Dabeeo Eartheye Plantation. The platform seamlessly integrates satellite AI analytics(web) with a mobile app for field workers, enabling analysis of individual tree-level vegetation indices across farms larger than the area of Seoul with 99% accuracy. Notably, it reduces monitoring timelines from the conventional four to six months to just two weeks, significantly boosting productivity and operational efficiency. In March, Dabeeo established a local subsidiary in Indonesia and is now expanding its SaaS platform services across Southeast Asia, including Malaysia.
Following this investment, Dabeeo plans to further solidify its positioning as a Vision AI data intelligence company. The newly secured capital will be allocated to (1)advancing its core Vision AI engine, (2)expanding platform businesses in the defense and public sectors, and (3)reinforcing the market presence of the Eartheye Plantation SaaS platform in Southeast Asia.
CEO Ju Hum Park said, “This investment demonstrates the market’s recognition of Dabeeo’s potential to fundamentally transform decision-making in mission-critical industries as a Vision AI data intelligence company. The funding will be focused on enhancing the Dabeeo Intelligence Platform and accelerating the expansion of our defense and global plantation AI platforms.” He added, “Our goal is to help customers extract clear intelligence from complex vision data, enabling faster and more accurate decision-making.”
